How the demo is set up

  1. Structured knowledge base – we loaded key details from stART Studio’s website into respond.io so the bot can reference accurate information.

  2. Guided flows – the menu covers common queries (services, prices, studio booking). Users can also type free-form questions.

  3. Live agent hand-off – should a visitor request personalised advice, the conversation can be assigned to your team without forcing them to restart on another channel.

  4. Analytics dashboard – behind the scenes, respond.io tracks every interaction, allowing us to refine replies and measure impact on class sign-ups.
